一、陈晓个人简介
       陈晓,清华大学经济管理学院领导力与组织管理系助理教授。2001年于广州中山大学哲学系获得哲学学士学位,2007年于美国密歇根大学(安娜堡分校)中国研究中心及社会研究所分别获得亚洲研究(中国)硕士学位及社会调研方法证书,2012 年于加拿大多伦多大学罗特曼管理学院获得管理学博士学位(主修:组织行为与人力资源管理;辅修:社会心理学及数量方法)。
      陈博士的主要研究领域为:(1)组织行为与人力资源管理中的启动效应(例如:启动潜意识中的目标对组织内多层次绩效的影响);(2)中国情境的管理研究。其基于博士论文的研究成果发表与《组织行为与人类决策过程》Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP)。陈博士的其他研究论文亦被美国管理学会、美国工业与组织心理学学会、欧洲组织研究学会、中国管理研究国际学会、欧洲管理学会等顶尖国际会议收录。

       陈博士有丰富的跨学科教学经验,其教学成果显著。陈博士目前在清华开设的课程包括:《管理学原理》(本科)、《组织行为学》(清华-MIT全球MBA、管理硕士)、《创新领导力》(MBA)、《人力资源开发与管理》(管理硕士)、《管理研究方法II》及《人力资源管理研究》(博士)。加入清华经管前,陈博士曾先后任教于美国密歇根大学东亚语言与文化系(2004-2005)、心理学系(2006-2007)及加拿大多伦多大学罗特曼管理学院(2010-2012)。其为多伦多大学管理学院本科高年级课程《组织理论与设计》期间设计的学生作业项目近日荣获2013年度美国管理学会人力资源管理分会“革新教学奖”(Innovative Teaching Award, Academy of Management HR Division)。
       陈博士致力参与评审多个权威核心期刊,包括Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP), Management and Organization Review (MOR), Personneal Review。2006年至今为美国管理学会、美国工业与组织心理学学会、中国管理研究国际学会及欧洲管理学会会员,并致力参与各专业学会会议审稿。
